The LY36-32 thermal overload relay is engineered for AC motor protection, delivering precise overload and phase-loss detection in 690V/0.25A-160A applications across continuous or intermittent duty cycles. Utilizing a bimetallic thermal deformation mechanism paired with electromagnetic tripping, it safeguards motors from overheating damage by disconnecting circuits during abnormal current conditions. Compliant with GB14048.4 and IEC60947-4-1 standards, it features integrated temperature compensation and manual/auto-reset modes for industrial pumps, HVAC systems, and production line motors.
