This series of surge arresters utilizes ZnO (zinc oxide) nonlinear resistive discs and a fully sealed polymer housing design, specifically engineered to provide lightning and switching overvoltage protection for 3kV-36kV medium-voltage power systems. Compliant with IEC 60099-4 and IEEE C62.11 standards, these gapless arresters feature ultra-fast response (≤25 ns) and high energy absorption (nominal discharge current: 10 kA), effectively safeguarding transformers, switchgear, and other critical equipment against lightning strikes and switching surges.
