The LYCS-DC60 switchgear dehumidifier is a specialized intelligent dehumidification device engineered by LIYITECH to maintain optimal humidity levels in electrical switchgear cabinets. It addresses the critical issue of excessive moisture, which causes condensation, corrosion, and equipment malfunctions. With a compact design and powerful performance, this moisture prevention solution ensures the reliability and safety of critical electrical systems, extending their service life significantly. Whether in harsh industrial settings or controlled data centers, the LYCS-DC60 stands out as an essential component for protecting electrical infrastructure.

Adopting advanced dew-point dehumidification, the LYCS-DC60 directly captures moisture and discharges it outside the cabinet, eliminating condensation at the source. This technology is far more efficient than traditional methods, ensuring deep dehumidification even in high-humidity environments.
Boasting a dehumidification efficiency of 450mL/day (under 60W, 35℃, 80%RH working conditions), the device quickly reduces humidity to the desired range. Multiple dehumidification power options (30W, 40W, 50W, 60W) allow customization based on specific needs.
Equipped with a visual interface, the dehumidifier provides real-time display of temperature and humidity. The adjustable humidity control range (45%RH-98%RH) and precise measurement accuracy (±3%RH for humidity, ±1℃ for temperature) ensure optimal environmental conditions.
Featuring RS485 communication function, the device supports seamless integration with remote monitoring systems (optional remote monitoring background). This enables centralized management and real-time data access, enhancing operational convenience.
Made of 304 stainless steel, the shell offers excellent corrosion resistance, making the LYCS-DC60 suitable for harsh industrial and corrosive environments. Its robust build ensures long-term reliability and stability.
The LYCS-DC60 operates on AC90-240V power supply, with a working temperature range of -25℃-85℃. It covers a dehumidification volume of 0.5-1m³ and comes with a 1.5m silica gel aqueduct (D10mm) for efficient water drainage. The double-row 3-digit display with 0.1 resolution provides clear readouts.

In electrical substations with high voltages and critical equipment, the LYCS-DC60 prevents moisture-related failures, ensuring uninterrupted power supply.
Data centers require strict humidity control to protect sensitive electronics. This dehumidifier maintains a stable, dry environment, reducing hardware failure risks.
In dusty, high-humidity industrial environments, the device ensures reliable switchgear operation, minimizing costly downtime and production losses.
For outdoor electrical enclosures exposed to weather elements, the LYCS-DC60 defends against condensation and corrosion, extending equipment lifespan.
Choose the LYCS-DC60 if your switchgear cabinet volume is 0.5-1m³; ensure the dehumidification capacity matches the space.
Verify that the device’s detection and operating ranges align with your environment (20%RH-98%RH humidity, -25℃-85℃ operating temperature).
Ensure your power supply (AC90-240V) matches the device’s requirements to avoid operational issues.
Opt for the heating function if low temperatures are a concern, and select the remote monitoring background for centralized management needs.
Use M5 screws or 5mm rivets to fix the device upright, with the outlet facing down.
Maintain over 5cm space in front of the dehumidifier for unobstructed airflow.
Connect the aqueduct to the device’s delivery port (clamp-fixed), ensuring it’s smooth and leads outside the cabinet.
Wire L/N terminals to AC220V power supply (refer to wiring diagram).
Connect heater terminals to L (load) and N (power supply) if using the heating function.
Use the SET button to adjust humidity/temperature start values within the adjustable range.
Monitor the visual display for real-time environmental data and device status (running, alarm).
Switch between automatic and manual modes based on immediate needs.
Clean or replace the air filter periodically per manufacturer recommendations.
Check the aqueduct for blockages weekly and empty condensate as needed.
Inspect wiring connections regularly to ensure stability.
