Guangxi 220KV Yuanjiang Station moisture and water accumulation in the operating environment of electrical equipment in distribution cabinets are the main factors affecting the stable operation and use efficiency of electrical equipment. Through a large number of field surveys, the main causes of moisture and water accumulation in the operating environment of electrical equipment are as follows:
◎Geographical environment-geological factors such as mountains, lakes, and low-lying areas.
◎With meteorological climate-rain, snow, fog, frost and other factors.
◎Enclosed structure-the closed structure of each room of the electrical cabinet is independent of each other, the air flow in the cabinet is poor, and moisture is easy to condense.
◎Ventilation system-the ventilation system installed in the cable half-layer/trench accelerates the circulation of external humid gas, making it easier for a large amount of humid air to enter.
◎Electrical equipment is not tightly sealed-the connection between the electrical equipment and the cable half-layer/trench is not tightly sealed, and the humid gas in the cable half-layer/trench enters the electrical equipment along the gap.
Therefore, the solution to moisture-proof and dehumidification of electrical equipment must be considered from many aspects: ①Relative sealing treatment of equipment; ②Prevention of the source of humid air; ③Dehumidification management of humid air that has been accumulated in the cabinet for a long time. Specific prevention and control measures are as follows:
(1) Use power outages to clean equipment and keep the distribution cabinet clean.
(2) Seal the distribution cabinet. Implement air filtration measures in accordance with regulations for the ventilation windows and vents in the high-voltage room. Keep the air in the high-voltage room clean.
(3) Make waterproof seals on the cable trenches, cable tunnels, and cable holes under the distribution cabinet, and install natural ventilation and moisture removal channels to keep the air in the cable tunnel dry.
(4) Install rain shelters on the distribution cabinet.
(5) Eliminate the leakage defects on the top of the distribution box in a timely manner.
(6) Change the bottom iron plate of the indoor enclosed busbar bridge of the outgoing line to a steel mesh plate, or open a 100mm gap horizontally (near the wall). When rainwater enters from the steel plate fixed by the outgoing line wall bushing, it can be discharged from the gap. It cannot enter the distribution cabinet.
(7) For distribution cabinets with low insulation margin and poor operating environment, install intelligent dehumidification devices, which are automatically controlled according to humidity. Remove moisture from the cabinet.
